Meaghan N. Farnham

"It is immensely rewarding to develop and follow a path that leads to a client emerging from a case with their finances intact and their reputations vindicated."

With a defense-oriented mindset, Meaghan serves as a key player and effective advocate on behalf of entities and individuals in complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice and health care liability, business litigation, products litigation, and administrative agency actions. Meaghan's natural affinity for crafting arguments designed to defeat serious claims against her clients makes for powerfully written submissions and pre-trial negotiations that facilitate favorable resolutions.

Meaghan has a conversational and informative counseling style, which allows her to cultivate meaningful and enduring relationships with her clients.

Prior to joining Tydings, Meaghan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Vicki Ballou-Watts of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. She earned her law degree cum laude in 2022 from the University of Baltimore Law School, where she served as associate editor of Law Forum and a Maryland Rule 19-220 student attorney for the Mental Health Law Clinic.
