Postnuptial agreements are increasingly popular according to a 2012 poll. The study indicates that these agreements are often used by couples who marry later in life or are prompted by a change in financial status or an extramarital affair. The Daily Record recently published an article entitled "Forget About the Prenup; Now It's The Postnup," which discusses the increased popularity of and the legal issues surrounding postnuptial agreements. Ferrier Stillman of Tydings' family law group was interviewed for this article and provides insights into the postnup. Please follow the link to read the article and Ferrier's comments.
