MERITAS, Law Firms Worldwide honored Lee Lundy during their 2012 annual meeting. Mr. Lundy was the recipient of the Grahovac Award, which recognizes the service, leadership, and dedication of an outstanding Meritas member lawyer. Mr. Lundy is a past Chairman at Meritas (2005-2007) and continues to actively participate in the organization.
Meritas is an international alliance of law firms in over 200 major cities and 63 countries worldwide that provides member firms and their clients with legal resources in other jurisdictions. A firm must meet rigorous standards to be invited to become a Meritas member, and continuing peer review and monitoring assure quality performance.
For over thirty years, Lee Lundy has advised companies that rely on him to handle all aspects of establishing, financing, operating, buying, and selling businesses. He often works as outside general counsel to privately-held companies with diverse legal needs. Mr. Lundy’s experience in all areas of corporate law allows him to handle transactions efficiently, anticipating trouble before it arises.
Prior to joining Tydings, Mr. Lundy was Vice President and General Counsel of Campbell Soup Company, leading its legal function for 11 years. He also practiced law with a multi-national law firm for ten years in New York, Washington, D.C., and London.
