Steve Gerald Assumes New Leadership Role With TMA Global in 2026

Tydings is pleased to announce that Stephen B. Gerald has been appointed to serve as a Member-at-Large on the Turnaround Management Association’s 2026 Global Executive Board. His one-year term begins on January 1, 2026.

Steve has volunteered his time to TMA for over 10 years on chapter, regional, and global levels, most recently serving on TMA’s Global Board of Trustees for a 2-year term. In this new leadership role, Steve will contribute to shaping TMA’s strategic initiatives, supporting its mission of driving excellence in the restructuring and turnaround industry, and representing the diverse perspectives of professionals across the field.

For more than two decades, Steve has focused his practice on helping businesses protect against, prepare for, address, and mitigate the impacts and implications of financial distress, whether it is their own or that of another party with which they do business or encounter in a commercial setting.
