Diane V. D’Aiutolo, a partner at Tydings, has been named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2012. The award recognizes those Maryland women making an impact through their outstanding professional, civic, and mentoring achievements. Diane will be honored with the other women selected at a reception on May 7, 2012.
This is the second time that Ms. D’Aiutolo has been selected as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women. Ms. D’Aiutolo’s practice centers on medical malpractice and products liability defense, as well as commercial and contractual disputes. She represents hospitals and HMOs in litigation and counsels clients in connection with risk management, claims, and transactional matters.
Ms. D’Aiutolo is President-Elect of Network 2000, an organization that promotes the advancement of women in professional and executive positions. She has served as the Maryland State Representative to the DRI-The Voice of the Defense Bar, President of the Maryland Association of Defense Trial Counsel, a member of the Board of Directors of Commercial Law Affiliates (now Meritas) and the Maryland Judicial Commission on Pro Bono. She is currently a certified settlement facilitator for the District Court of Maryland and Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service, Inc.
