Brianna G. Pickhardt

"No business owner wants to spend their time and money on disruptive litigation. But when disputes do arise, I want my clients to feel like they can call me knowing that I will do everything possible to find a resolution that aligns with their business, financial, and reputational goals."

Persuasive advocacy, pragmatic advice, and personal commitment are the defining characteristics of Brianna's practice of law. An effective litigator with significant courtroom experience, she represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, fiduciary disputes, bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters, and construction cases.

While Brianna understands that attention to detail and immersion in the facts and law of a case is essential to obtaining a favorable outcome, she also recognizes the critical importance of looking at litigation holistically and in the larger business context. Accordingly, her strategies and guidance include not only frank analytical assessments of a case's strengths and weaknesses but also the broader impact of all potential outcomes. Working closely with each client and always mindful of their bottom line, Brianna has earned a reputation as a responsive, accessible, and approachable counselor who always keeps their interests and concerns top of mind.

Reflective of her professionalism and litigation success, Brianna was recognized as a 2024 Rising Star by Maryland Super Lawyers after just three years of practice.
