Franklin Lee was named to the inaugural edition of Who's Who in Black Baltimore. He also was selected as recipient of the Practitioner of the Year Award by the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Finally, Mr. Lee was appointed to Governor O'Malley's Maryland Task Force on Minority Business Enterprise and Equity Investment Capital.
